By using WhozFree (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What WhozFree does

WhozFree lets you indicate whether you are available for calls and messages and optionally notify selected contacts. It is not a calling or messaging app, and it is not suitable for emergency communications.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be legally allowed to use the Service in your country.
• You verify your phone number to use the Service. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.
• If you choose to upload or register contacts, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to share those phone numbers for the purpose of availability updates.
• Do not use the Service to harass, spam, or violate others’ rights or applicable laws.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

We may modify the Service, suspend features, or discontinue the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here and may be communicated in the app. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Third‑party services and ads

The app may include third‑party services such as push notification providers and advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services, and they may process device identifiers to deliver and measure ads where enabled.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, correctness of availability statuses, or delivery of notifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use risks harm to the Service or others.

11. Governing law

These Terms apply to the extent permitted by the laws of your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
